We are working with a multinational retail organisation headquartered in Europe. The company has a long history in Hong Kong and is now upgrading its human resources team regionally. It’s definitely an exciting time to be part of the transformation. We are helping the business to appoint a Senior HR Business Lead for Hong Kong.
Reporting into the Singapore based Asia Head of Human Resources, the organisation is building a more sophisticated HR model with CoE, HRSS and HRBPs in mind. The new Hong Kong HR Business Lead will support the domestic business, which is its largest market in Asia with around 1000 employees. Partnering with the senior leadership team, the person should have a proven track record in managing change and transformation, strong business engagement capability, and the ability to communicate well with all levels.
The organisation is evolving and growing, so having a trusted business partner and shifting the mind-set of the company would be crucial. We are looking for someone who has worked in a well-established business partnering model with strong emphasis on change and transformation. Being able to influence and consult senior stakeholders is key. Also, you will be expected to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty during the transformation.
