Moving forward, the business will be investing heavily on big data and technology, smart hiring and retention methods, and moving the needle in product innovation.
Reporting to the Head of HR and managing multiple business stakeholders, the role has a lot of complexity. It’ll manage culture change, HR structural change, new HR initiatives locally and globally all at the same time. To help is a team of 4-5 high-performing HRBPs. It’s an incredibly fascinating time to be joining the organization.
The right person for the role loves to take on new challenges and excel in ambiguity. He/she needs to start by building creditably from day one and use this trust to influence multiple stakeholders across different businesses and regions. After 2-3 years, there’s a career path to work anywhere in the world, take the local Head of HR role, or a potential regional role being based in Japan.
