The geographic scope of the position covers the UK, Ireland and North America. The role will focus primarily on the further development of dedicated core COE’s, further alignment across all of HR into the 5 core business units and essentially driving further innovation, ensuring the services offered leverage technology available and most importantly strengthen capability and accelerate the HR talent Agenda. This role reports into the global Head of Operations and will manage an indirect team of over 300 people.
You will have worked at the very least with a very well regarded and global business and possibly overseas. You will either be in London now or happy to relocate or return to London. Ideally you will have worked in various Industries most likely FMCG, Technology or Healthcare. Your career will have seen you move through the ranks and with evidence of working in a complex Multi National environment. Most importantly you will need to be someone that can influence and manage stakeholders across complex and ever changing priorities and be able to balance the strategic longer term view whilst being effective on the month to month challenges. This is a key leadership role and as such requires a leader that can influence and motivate other senior HR and business leaders across multiple geographies. Previous experience of leading large similar sized teams is critical.
