The HRVP of CoE will be responsible for developing and driving change within the company across the entire business, by developing programs and strategic plans to promote and conserve culture. Interacting with their team of 20+ HR professionals to ensure smooth business operations and strategic alignment with the rest of the business. This individual will be leading major back office functions such as C&B, Talent Management, Organizational development, L&D and Employee Relations.
A seasoned HR professional in the HR Operations space with experience leading large teams of 10~15+ members. A strong background in FMCG or Retail for a large company will be a huge plus, with the ability to work in a large and dynamic HR environment. A collaborative management style is needed as the HR leaders are seasoned and need a solid mentor.
