We have the pleasure of closely supporting a diversified business group that is a market leader in multiple fields. This conglomerate is looking for a regional Employer Branding and Graduate Recruitment Lead to join their HR team in supporting the interests throughout the group. The global revenue is in excess of USD$60 billion, and the company has over 500,000 employees.

The Role

Based in Hong Kong, this role sits at the group level and will report to the Global Head of Performance and HR Planning. The portfolio revolves around a project basis, though talent acquisition at the graduate level remains a big focus. This year, the spotlight is on championing employer branding in the region. As such, management trainee programme, social media, career talks and assessment centres will be key components in this project.  

The Individual

You need to have an international mindset with good communication and project management skills. Being IT-savvy, you need to have extensive experience and the knowledge of using various channels and mediums to achieve talent acquisition. It is also ideal for you to be a certified and qualified assessment test evaluator.
