This 3-month contract will suit contractors and consultants based in either the North or West of Sydney. The role requires you to manage various awards, agreements, policies and employee relations practices that affect both the organization and its employees. It’s a complex environment and will draw on all your experiences an ER/IR practitioner.
This contract is effectively an Individual Contributor role so your ability to work autonomously supporting and advising senior stakeholders, account managers and employees across the country will be vital. You will require significant experience in a similar role, hold the relevant qualifications, ideally have experience in the services sector with a good understanding of HR to complement your ER/IR background. Solutions focused, disciplined, with a collaborate approach will be an advantage.
