Build understanding of the MBM (Market-Based Management) principles and compensation philosophy, in addition to technical C&B concepts and principles, and impart/share such knowledge with our HR business partners, C&B practitioners and supervisors, and help them apply these in their C&B review and recommendations. Challenge as appropriate.
Educate, advise, share market intelligence and design compensation and benefits programs for all employees. Help HR Business Partners become knowledgeable and responsive to their customers on C&B matters. Provide competitive and compliant C&B programs. Help business leaders make sound C&B decisions. Manage the C&B team for the region and work cross border as needed.
