The Company

Our client is an international household brand in the retail sector. A globally renowned organisation with a large employee base of over 100,000 worldwide, the business continues to grow in the region and is looking to find a Talent Acquisition Partner for Asia. This role will be based in Hong Kong.  

The Role

Reporting to the Asia HR Head, you will work closely with the senior leadership to build and grow a strong talent pipeline. You will provide professional recruitment services in hiring the best talents across all levels. Besides being responsible for continuous improvements of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, you will also be leading initiatives and projects such as upgrading the Campus programme, Engagement and Onboarding process.  

The Individual

The individual needs to have a strong passion in Talent Acquisition and has the gravitas in managing senior stakeholders. You must be a decisive problem solver who is innovative, and who can think strategically with commercial awareness. Ideally, you should also have previous experience project managing process improvement, resourcing innovations or similar, and you should have the ability to work on multiple vacancies independently.
