The Company

This mid-size organisation is a very well-known brand in the industry, and due to a recent transformation has now increased the global coverage in its sector even further. A reputable technology manufacturer with a long history and solid growth plans, the organisation is looking for a seasoned HR Director to drive the HR strategy for a small but talented population across the Nordic region.

The Role

This role is a mix of bringing both operational and strategic expertise to a relatively young HR organization. You will be supporting the leadership team in the immediate goal of helping to finalise the merger through harmonisation of the processes, and a longer term strategic goal focusing on people development, succession planning and building out competencies within the small team and wider Nordic population.  

The Individual

You are seasoned HR Generalist with a background in working for fast-paced multinational organisations. You are a hands-on team leader and mentor, able to coach and develop your team’s capabilities. You will have experience in HR transformations and corporate governance around M&A activity. Due to the regional coverage and population, we need someone with bi-lingual abilities in Swedish & English.
