The Role

Effectively help the business support HRIS systems and take them into the next stage of automation. Strategically manage the C&B and Payroll functions with a high emphasis on ‘Customer Service’ focus. Manage a large team of professionals and 3 team leaders/managers.  

The Individual

The successful candidate needs to have strong leadership skills to manage and drive change. Ideally, you will take a strategic approach to HR operations and want to design work flows. You will have 6-10 years of exposure to C&B and payroll functions.
