Completed Singapore

The Company

Our client is a global manufacturing and production business headquartered in Switzerland. Currently having 2000 employees in APAC across both a blue and white collar workforce, they anticipate growth as a business going forward. This forms part of their 2020 vision around innovation & sustained growth. They have just been through significant change in the HR space globally and are upgrading the function in the region to develop a best in class approach.

The Role

This position will be headquartered in Singapore with a regional focus owning the Talent Management agenda. Talent in this organisation is a broad portfolio and includes strategic L&D, Organisational Development and employee engagement. This individual will be able to shape the agenda, drive cultural change, develop talent identification and succession planning frameworks. It’s a standalone role so they will also be expected to be hands on in order to deliver, influencing the country HR and GM’s to ensure consistency.

The Individual

We are looking for a deep Talent, Operational Development and L&D expert who has experience across the broad spectrum. Ideally someone who has also spent time as a business partner would be an advantage. Resilience is important as this won’t be a straightforward role and you will need to be pragmatic and persistent with limited resources. MNC experience is critical and ideally with some exposure to European cultures. You should have a strong track record in Singapore or Asia.

Unless the advertisement specifies otherwise, only HR Professionals who are legally able to work in this country can be considered.
