This role is based at one of the most highly recognised pharmaceutical companies within the Tokyo market. The business has a stable presence and a culture that allows for work-life balance. The right person will need to orchestrate and execute HR strategy and delivery to one of the most strategic business units. Deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, while at the same time anticipating recruitment needs. Provide consultative organisational development to drive organisational effectiveness and identify organisational issues/misalignments that are affecting business operations and results.
Driving implementation of HR processes and accountability through clear guidance is needed from this individual. You will have experience working in a complex multicultural business environment, ideally bringing in a global mindset and intercultural awareness. Additionally, you will have a high level of credibility and an ability to work at eye-to-eye level with senior leaders in the business and in HR.
