The Role

This role will rotate in the business and cover different business units from time to time as a strategic partner to HR. You will work closely with other Business Partners in the company to drive effective solutions and maintain consistent service levels. Additionally, you will leverage the HR Operations, Planning and L&D teams to implement solutions to the business.  

The Individual

6-10 years of exposure to C&B and payroll functions is important.
