The Company

Our client is an American multinational manufacturing company founded in the late 1800s. It is now a pivotal global brand in manufacturing, in the arena of automobiles, commercial trucks, light trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, race cars, airplanes and farm equipment.

The Role

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Turkey HR Head, you will partner with the Plant Director to advise on the long-term business needs of talent. You will also have an interesting challenge of dealing with unions, regulations and workforce planning. You will need to be a visionary while also being able to roll up your sleeves to get things done when necessary.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience. We are looking for a proactive HR leader who can demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholders and create a cohesive HR strategy to embrace evolving business goals. You will need a background working in MNC environments with strong manufacturing experience. It is essential you are familiar with local labour laws and union negotiations, and therefore local language fluency is also a must. Proven abilities in leadership development and coaching are an advantage.
