This is a global player in the automotive industry. It operates in about 30 countries around the world and Asia is a strong growth market for the business.

The Role

Based in Singapore, this role will lead the organisation development and talent management functions across Asia to support around 3,000 employees in the region. As a key member of the regional HR leadership team, you will play an important role in designing and implementing organisation and talent strategies. This will involve analysing the gaps and putting in place the right framework and solutions. The regional platform is continuing to evolve and you will be a strong right-hand to the Regional Head of HR to drive this.  

The Individual

You should have solid experience in talent management and organisation development. Strong business acumen and executive presence is critical as you will be working closely with business leaders. Exposure/experience in the technology or retail industries will be a strong plus. Language capability in both English and Mandarin is required.
