We are delighted to look for a new Thailand Talent Acquisition Lead to help expand the team further. You will be part of a multi-cultural and vibrant environment with a population size of close to 3,000. This role will be based in Bangkok.
Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Head, you will work extensively with Human Resources Managers across the business units to proactively develop and implement the resourcing and recruitment strategies. Covering both bulk and specialised recruiting responsibilities, this role also requires the use of technology in utilising progressive tools to carry out the said tasks. Additionally, you would have a hand at employer branding initiatives, vendor management as well as being a key contributor to some global assignments.
The individual should have an in-depth knowledge of the Thai market. As the role requires data analytics, sophistication in understanding and analysing data is highly appreciated. Additionally, good communication and consultative skills will be important to excel in this role. A high proficiency in written and spoken English is required, additional languages will be a plus. Lastly, given that the scope can extend to a global setting, an international mindset will be helpful for the success of the candidate.
