Renowned for innovation and their global philanthropy policies, we are happy to be partnering with the business once again and leading the search to identify an Global HR Director, Employee Experience. The role will be based at the corporate HQ in London.
Highly visible and with direct reports, this newly structured role reports into the head of Operational Excellence. You will be part of the Global Leadership Team and be required to collaborate with all CoEs and relevant business stakeholders. With overall responsibility for the employee experience strategy, including optimising talent globally, expect to be involved with insights, analytics, EVP, employee branding and digital/technology.
We are looking for an innovative and commercial senior HR professional with a track record of successful business partnering in a matrix structure and a focus around the full talent management process. Prior involvement in an employee experience role will be strongly preferred. You should also be a strategic thinker and bring a change and project management skillset. Exposure to retail, FMCG and/or consumer industries across multiple geographies will be critical.
