The Role

Lead the HR team across the APAC region including HR Business Partners, HR Operations and manufacturing facilities. Be responsible for approximately 2000+ employees across Asia and an HR team of 20+ professionals. Provide strategic thought partnership and coaching to senior leaders combined with a readiness to get in to the weeds as you drive outcomes related to organisational design, building functional capabilities and transformations. Develop meaningful talent strategies to advance the business and enhances overall employee engagement, capabilities and team effectiveness.  

The Individual

This role requires a commercial HR leader who is passionate about being the Lead HR business partner for the region. The successful leader will have an entrepreneurial style to enable the building and rebuilding as the region grows. A start-up mentality combined with a dynamic leadership style capable of driving change. You will be known for having a relentless approach to talent development, be adept in workforce planning, organisational development/design while at the same time acting as a change agent on culture. Expected to have 15+ years of experience in HR, knowledge of manufacturing and relevant industry experience in leading MNC’s.
