The Company

This is a highly successful fast-growth multinational, and despite their current global reach and growth, they maintain an entrepreneurial spirit. This organisation recognises that people are the most important driver for the overall business success. As a result of recent transformational changes, we are helping them to find an experienced team leader to be the new HR Director for the EMEA region.

The Role

Based in Amsterdam, this organisation is going through a significant transformation in its HR model. The role leads a small team to create clear HR direction across the Regional HR roles, whilst partnering with CoEs and HRBPs to manage delivery of local HR strategies and projects. There is a strong transformation agenda across culture and talent. This is a chance to make a solid impact by further coaching and shaping the HR teams, whilst also gaining significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

The Individual

We need an experienced hands-on HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of works councils and labour laws across the region. You are a hands-on team leader and mentor, familiar with working in a progressive multinational HR environment. Proven success in HR transformation projects and strategies is a must. Experience within the IT industry is helpful, however an international profile is essential, as is the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
