Representing one of our global clients and a leading name in the pharmaceutical world, we are in search for a senior leader to join this organizations Asia-Pacific team. This region continues to be a significant growing market for the business and with a number of major acquisitions in the recent past as well as in the pipeline, the organizations presence continues to expand steadily. The organization is known for its world class HR and leadership practices across the globe.  

The Role

Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for owning and leading the talent acquisition strategy across APAC. This is a newly created role for the organization in this region, so it is essential you are adept and comfortable at building the function from the ground up, while being a trusted advisor to the global leadership team. We are looking for a game-changing leader with a forward-looking vision on workforce planning, leveraging technology in talent mapping and the ability to get ahead of the demand curve.  

The Individual

Aside from being a proven expert in the function, you will ideally have a diverse and holistic background encompassing generalist HR and/or business operations experience. You will thrive in ambiguity, have a passion for data and possess a strong bias for action. You would have led teams across multiple disciplines (product, manufacturing, sales etc.) and have had solid experience developing and executing employer branding initiatives. Previous healthcare related industry experience is preferred though not critical.
