This global organisation is home to several well-known brands. The company is going through an exciting transformation and bringing a more branded and innovative approach to its business model. As a result, the organisation is looking for a seasoned HR Director to run their DACH operations.
Based in Frankfurt, this role will focus on driving the organisation and HR strategy through influencing, whilst taking a consultative and pragmatic approach. While there is a definite need for an experienced HR Business Partner, there is some expertise in Talent and Organisational Development required. It will be both an operational yet strategic role for a large population, working in a fast-moving and complex environment.
We’re looking for a senior HR leader with extensive business partnering experience within an MNC environment, who is adept at managing demanding senior stakeholders. You will have proven experience in working with local and regional Works Councils and be hands-on in your approach. You will need to be truly flexible, and you should have extensive experience in the DACH region. You should be able to operate in a fluid yet consistent manner, gaining quick wins and building credibility across the various stakeholders from the start. Fluency in German is a must for this role.
