We are working with a new Life Sciences company known for delivering cutting edge medical and healthcare solutions to its customers across the globe. This organization has seen tremendous success and as a result continues to invest heavily into their HR function delivering best-in-class HR systems and processes to the U.S. business. The U.S. HR Director role will contribute to building the future HR strategy for this growing domestic client group. This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

The Role

Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role will provide operational and strategic HR business partnership to a rapidly growing U.S. client group. Partnering closely with the senior leadership team and their direct reports, responsibilities will focus on building and refining HR processes and policies, developing talent and leadership strategies and contributing to organization design. Leveraging relationships across the CoE’s and broader HR function, you will ensure alignment between the people strategy and the business imperatives as the U.S. population sees significant growth.  

The Individual

The successful applicant with be an experienced HR Generalist who brings both strategic and tactical business partnering from the Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or Bio Technology Sectors. A blend of experience from a large global organization, together with some time spent in more entrepreneurial and mid-sized environments is desirable. A track record supporting an R&D and Scientific employee base through significant growth would be highly advantageous. Of critical importance is the ability to build and scale up HR processes to support the growth of the business.
