This role will be based in Tokyo, however, it has a manufacturing facility in Japan that is remotely located. A stable business with a about 1000+ people in Japan.

The Role

Lead HR and manage the key HR functional team leaders and provide development and expertise. Drive a globalization of HR and take the HR team and function closer to the global operations. Help business leaders with change management and mentor leadership and assist Talent Management.  

The Individual

The role needs an individual with strong leadership and 10 plus years of experience in HR. Ability to work in a Matrix reporting environment is important. Interaction with key business leaders and HR leaders in APAC and European HQ will be the norm.
