The Company

Our client is one of the world’s largest and most respected Professional Services and Consulting companies within the Insurance sector. The organisation operates in over 50 countries and is consistently highly rated for its world-class people agenda. With some exciting recent M&A activity, we are now involved in the search to identify a new Head of HR for Thailand. The role is based in Bangkok.

The Role

Partnering closely with a driven HR Director and business leaders in a time of significant growth, change and consolidation; this critical position will see you have full responsibility for the HR agenda for Thailand. This will include strategic workforce planning, driving the execution of business strategy, organisational development, compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, HRIS, training and administrative services. Due to recent M&A activity, a priority focus will be around projects, post-integration and harmonisation. You should expect significant change and ambiguity and be an effective leader through this.

The Individual

To be successful in this role, it will be essential to have a successful track record of leading an HR team in Thailand for a major MNC, ideally through a time of growth, transformation and change. The ability to work closely with the regional office and partner with local business heads will be key. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, smart, dynamic and has great energy. You should also be comfortable pushing back, influencing and challenging stakeholders where appropriate. Excellent future career progression will be available for the right person.

Unless the advertisement specifies otherwise, only HR Professionals who are legally able to work in this country can be considered.
