The Role

This is a regional role based in Singapore for an experienced individual required to lead Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organisational Development across APAC. You will be responsible for driving talent excellence and providing technical expertise and consultation. You will also be responsible for reviewing, developing and improving processes, systems and tools in alignment with broader global talent strategies.  

The Individual

This individual will require prior experience in large matrix organisations and you’ll need a strong foundation in a regional talent leadership capacity previously. You will be dealing with numerous internal business and HR stakeholders at a senior level, therefore you’ll need to be an effective communicator and stakeholder manage. You will be required to add strategic value to senior leaders across the business whilst remaining close to the day to day operations on the ground to ensure an in-depth understanding of how the organisation functions operationally.
