The Role

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be reporting to a Talent Manager and work alongside a team of experienced recruiters. Supported by recruitment coordinators within the operations team, your remit will be to deliver the full 360-degree recruitment process for all executive hires in the U.S. to source talent for non-profit programs across the region. In close partnership with the Talent Management team and business leads, you will provide insight and contribute to the development of a talent acquisition strategy to land and onboard top talent for a growing part of the organization.  

The Individual

We are seeking a hands-on Executive Recruiter with experience operating in the education sector, covering a broad selection of executive roles. You will have already built an established an industrial network and is confident demonstrating a variety of search methodologies that have proven successful. Previous experience recruiting within the education sector, as well as recruiting to a diversity agenda will be a significant advantage. It is important that you have a self-starter mentality and are proactive at developing key stakeholder relationships both internally and with external partners.
