Reporting to the CHRO, you will act as the COO taking responsibility in driving huge transformation and an efficient and relevant HR Operations/Shared Services team. Working with key regional stakeholders across the globe with a huge range of internal and external partners, this role will ultimately provide services across the business that will enable future success through efficient processes and systems, and ultimately help the business further develop it’s brand and employee value for future success. The role could be based in London or Amsterdam and it will naturally involve a high degree of travel. The role will have 5-6 direct reports with an ever-changing number of total reports in various locations and markets.
You will need to have experienced a huge amount of transformation and change, ideally having worked in the services industry with a broad range of experience in HR including change, transformation, HR services and operations. Business Partnering and experience within a COE at some stage in your career will be advantageous. You must also have a proven track record in working in large complex organisations with very strong problem solving skills and second to none communication skills.
