The Company

Our client is a leading multinational consumer goods manufacturer, well-known to consumer and enterprise customers alike. The business continues to develop innovative new products and grow its talent population. The organization is looking for a new Global Head of Executive Recruitment to join the team to be based out of Basel or Zurich.

The Role

As part of the Global TA Leadership team, this role is responsible for creating and building a best in class in house executive search function. This will form a critical part of the overall TA strategy to attract and retain the best talent in the market, as the business enters a new chapter. There are a number of marquee hires required at the executive level and this individual will need to pipeline key talent externally in a number of new areas. They will have the opportunity to build a team, bringing in the best researchers and executive recruitment professionals to enable the business to achieve it’s vision.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced executive search professional with corporate experience who has ideally created and built a function before. The preference is for consumer goods, pharma or technology experience but this is not essential. You should have a track record of operating at the senior echelons of an organization, networking with industry leaders and search firms to pipeline the best talent. This will need some hands-on horsepower as it’s a green fields set-up.
