The CHRO is seeking a seasoned and commercially aware Global Talent Acquisition lead to play an integral role in the overall talent strategy. The role will be based in the Southeastern part of the US and require limited global travel.
This is a unique opportunity requiring a more holistic view of talent acquisition. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate either HR Operations or HR Business Partner exposure. This could mean that an HR leader held as part of their role core recruiting responsibilities or at the very least was responsible for rolling out a global recruiting strategy. Experience gained within a fast paced, results oriented matrix organization is essential. A proven record of accomplishment in working with business leaders and aiding the development and execution of talent/workforce plans is desirable as is success in delivering on challenging Executive level searches. Strong internal and external relationship building skills are key. He/she should be able to demonstrate an ability to handle change and react to commercial demands. This role will suit an HR leader who enjoys the challenges of building talent capability for a leading multinational.
