This role will be based in Germany with some flexibility in the location, although Frankfurt and Munich are preferred. In a matrix environment this role will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Head and will initially lead a small team that will grow. The role will bring the best people into the business whilst maintaining and further developing the very strong culture of the business. It’s an interesting and complex business and the role will be very business focused, forming an essential part of the talent strategy in the geography, whilst contributing essentially in supporting the effectiveness of the group approach across the EMEA region. Essential areas of focus will be digital candidate social innovations, workforce planning, further development of the Employee Value Proposition, talent development and pipelining internally and externally and of course ultimately in ensuring the most appropriate talent at all levels join the organisation.
Ideally you will come from a technology or services background with strong in-house experience and possibly with agency experience. A strong overview of the region from a geographic perspective will also be essential, and you will need to have worked as part of a truly international business previously. Previous leadership experience would be a real advantage, given there will be s small team that is expected to grow considerably. Ideally you will be in Germany currently or open to returning to the area.
