Based in Singapore, the role will lead all talent matters including performance management, talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, leadership and learning & development. You and your team will support and integrate the corporate vision and strategies into integrated talent management efforts. You will also be part of the global team in developing the processes, tools, methodologies and practices used in the regional business to succeed with the overall agenda.
You should have extensive experience in talent management and organisation development. Experience in building capabilities within a sales organisation is important, and it will also be helpful if you come from an environment with a continuous feedback system. Regional experience is a must have, whereas some 6-sigma or continuous improvement knowledge would be a plus.
