The Role

Enabling the business to predict the future and shape the strategy accordingly is one of the ways the organisation will achieve their people and performance objectives. You will be part of redirecting the HR reporting function towards predictive analytics. The role will involve cutting edge projects and deciding which initiatives will have the greatest impact. The role will focus on mining HR data to help inform business decisions, predict the future and further understand what’s happening within the organisation. On launching this capability, you will act as an individual contributor role with access to multiple resources.  

The Individual

You will have the unique combination of strong consulting and stakeholder management skills together with exceptional analytical abilities. You could be a data scientist very good at consulting across all functions and well versed in predictive analytics. Able to identify the right hypotheses to test and propose ideas and actions to drive performance and engagement. Good at storytelling and creating a narrative to engage and explore ideas with the business. Keen sense of curiosity and data driven judgment. Able to explain the complex in a simple way. In addition to your HR Analytics skills you may have qualifications in mathematics, economics, engineering and/or experience in HRIS/IT.
