The Company

The client is an e-commerce business with a dynamic and growth orientated 2018 ahead. We are helping to find a Global Strategic HR Business Partner to join the business and work with senior leaders on strategic innovation and growth projects. This is a new role with plenty of scope to shape the focus.

The Role

Based in Barcelona, this role will focus on driving the organisation and HR strategy through influencing, whilst taking on a consultative and pragmatic approach. While there is a definite need for an experienced HR business partner, some expertise in talent and organisational development is required. The incumbent will be working with dynamic and highly intellectual leaders on exciting growth and innovations projects, working in a fast-moving and complex environment.  

The Individual

You will have strong HR business partnering experience within an international environment and be adept at managing demanding senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in the technological or e-commerce industry. You will have solid exposure to mergers and acquisitions or growth projects, be truly flexible, and should have extensive regional or global experience. You should be able to operate in a fluid yet consistent manner, gaining quick wins and building credibility across the various stakeholders from the start.
