The role itself is unique as it is a combination of HR business leading and talent management. It will report to the Head of HR and act as an individual contributor although it might manage staff in the future. The role will also work with expats and people from the regional team, and be involved with many projects including change management.
The successful individual would be able to adapt to both a Japanese and international environment, be both short term and long term focused, and can fit in with the company values of providing high level service. Pharmaceutical experience is not required but advantageous.
