The Company

We are excited to be partnering with a market leading Engineering and Manufacturing organisation headquartered in the US with over 30,000 employees worldwide. With a well-established operational model and production sites globally, we are involved in recognizing a Global HR Vice President for one of their larger business. This position will be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the US-based Global CHRO and HK-based Global GM of the particular business, you will be the right hand across the full spread of HR. Working closely with a strong and international leadership team, you will also need to be creative in building their capabilities. Leading a team of 150 HR in supporting nearly 20,000-strong population globally, you will focus on driving growth, speed, simplification, transparency, consistency and sustainability amidst a tight resource pool and streamlined corporate infrastructure.  

The Individual

An international profile, you will have a solid manufacturing background with strong commercial business acumen. You will need to be a pragmatic leader, an enabler of change and someone who is not afraid to get your hands dirty in dealing with challenges across multiple sites. Being future-focused, it is critical that you embrace humility, curiosity, agility and flexibility in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.
