Our client is a market leading data, technology and information business with a fast growth footprint and multiple product lines. Headquartered in the US, EMEA and APAC are expanding exponentially.
This role will be based in Milan and cover the South Europe region - 5 key markets including a mix of established and developing countries. The population is around 500 mainly sales, marketing and operations staff. This will role will be a truly commercial HR business partner providing strategic advice to a GM on the people agenda. The position is more geared towards the talent and organizstional health agenda rather than the HR operations side. However, this person will be expected to ensure robust delivery.
We are looking for an experienced and commercial HR business partner who has a track record in technology or telco’s. Someone who can deal with ambiguity is essential, as is the ability to work with virtual teams and in a matrix set up. A change orientation will be beneficial and someone who has worked in both small and more established organisations will be preferred. Data orientated and digitally savvy, this person will have the opportunity to help augment the HR organisation going forward.
