This company is a globally recognized ecommerce organization. The business puts huge emphasis on its people and therefore the importance of making sure they have the best talent from around the world. To help them achieve this, we have been appointed to find a Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, who will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

The Role

This role requires a Talent Acquisition leader who will define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for our client in the EMEA region. Located in Geneva, there will be responsibility for a team of 9 Talent Advisors based around Europe. Given the nature of the role, this individual will be expected to drive workplace and capacity planning. There will also be an emphasis on leading a high-quality recruitment process where candidates receive a positive experience. It will be expected this leader will effectively work with business partners as well as build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers in order to drive recruiting success.  

The Individual

Our client is looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition, and is able to prove they have been influential when driving a Talent Acquisition strategy As a strategic thinker, they will need to possess strong stakeholder management skills, analytical skills and have a broad understanding of workforce planning. This individual will have worked in a highly matrixed environment and will have previously led a successful team. Ecommerce or technology experience is preferable.
