We are delighted to be seeking a first class global HR Business Partner to be responsible for a growing division located across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pac. This role will be based in the Chicago area.

The Role

This position is a divisional role and high on the CHRO succession plan. It will provide HR leadership to drive the people agenda in terms of systems, processes and culture. It will also create a compelling employee value proposition that attracts, retains and energizes key talent. In addition, it will ensure that the business has the optimum structure in place to deliver the business strategy for sustainable growth. This role works with the global HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR business partners to develop and execute programs which maximize organization effectiveness and employee engagement. It is expected that this individual will establish trusted relationships with the executive leadership team and operating leaders located throughout Europe and Asia Pacific, by truly understanding the business and aligning global human resources strategies, plans and programs accordingly.  

The Individual

This role reports to the CHRO. The person we are looking for will be a seasoned HR professional with deep global experience. He or she should have a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy, drive change, manage complex projects and build key relationships to achieve results. Manufacturing experience is a must and union experience is highly preferred. Senior stakeholder management skills are key to succeed in this role. We are looking for an analytical individual who is comfortable with data and who can work effectively within a matrix environment. An advanced degree, especially an MBA from a top school is preferred.
