A global leader in the services sector and with more than 60,000 employees worldwide, it has been going through a significant global data-driven HR transformation. We have worked with the company on several key HR leadership hires during this period of very positive change and we are delighted to have been asked to assist with another critical hire; The Global Head HR Operations. This role could be based in any major US city, but with a preference for Chicago.

The Role

Reporting to the Global CHRO, this is a critical hire to drive large scale transformation and establish a strategically and operationally effective HR Operations function. Key will be to identify and drive the implementation of a HRIS platform and manage all project teams and key stakeholders involved; internal technology teams, external vendors and consultants, regional HR leads. He or she will also work with HR Business Partners and CoEs in designing and delivering cross divisional processes and programs, and will drive the development and implementation of an overall HR service strategy. Furthermore, He or she will be charged with establishing guidelines, standards and processes across the organization and ensuring an effective and efficient way of operating HR locally and globally.  

The Individual

We are seeking an established Global HR Operations Head with substantial experience driving complex data driven transformations within large scale, highly matrixed multinational companies. Previous experience delivering a HRIS upgrade is essential. A Services industry background is strongly preferred as is exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong influencing and project management skills as well as an ability to think creatively and strategically are desirable. Previous experience running large and geographically dispersed teams is essential.
