The Company

We are working with a luxury retail company with a headcount of 150 in Asia-Pacific. The business is going through an exciting time of expansion in the region and will have aggressive opening plans for the next ten years, so it is keen to bring in a Hong Kong-based Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition lead for the organisation.

The Role

Reporting directly to the APAC Head of HR, you will set up the entire Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy from scratch. This will involve assessing business needs, providing TA solutions, and evaluating the recruitment model for the region. There will be growth in China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.  

The Individual

We are looking for a competent TA lead with decent retail or luxury retail industry experience. You should be proactive and have excelled in a fluid environment. A blend of corporate and recruitment agency experience would be preferred.
