The Role

 This role will require a highly experienced, internationally minded thought leader who will build the regional recruitment strategy across Asia-Pacific to enable a world class recruitment function. The role will be part of the Global TA Leadership Team and be based in Hong Kong ideally. The role will work closely with the global recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery of best practice recruitment. The person should be equipped with deep local knowledge of regulations in local markets and the relevant attraction approach to in multiple markets.  

The Individual

The individual should work well through direct and matrix structures and in an ambiguous and evolving environment. The person will also have to work collaboratively with the global executive recruitment teams, advise on senior hires, and provide regional insights. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy at the regional level with the Regional VP of HR, but you should be able to get the right balance between a tailored local approach and the consistency of a new global strategy.
