The Company

Our client is a multinational organization that manufactures and distributes products and services to various enterprises around the world. We are looking for an HR Business Lead to look after the DACH region in a newly created role. With a strong company culture and a team who are passionate about what they do, this is a great opportunity to join a small yet growing company currently going through an exciting HR transition.

The Role

Based in Stuttgart, this role reports into the European HR Director and covers the DACH region. While the organization implements a new HR model, you will be supporting small but complex business units within the region, focusing on aligning the talent agenda to the business strategy. This will include leadership development, refining processes around talent planning and also helping with the new HRIS implementation.  

The Individual

We are looking for a competent and resilient HR Business Lead with a background working in multinational organizations. You have the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders, in particular those who are less familiar in working closely with HR in a CoE environment. You will have proven experience in working with local and/or regional Works Councils and be hands-on in your approach. You should also be able to demonstrate your involvement in HRIS implementations.
