The Company

Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing organisation. We are delighted to assist in its search for a group level HRIS & Analytics Lead to be based in Munich. This position will report to the Global Head of HR Operations and drive a new agenda focused on analytics across the group.

The Role

This will be a sole contributor role, activating the in-country and regional HR teams to work through them on projects. Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR Operations, key stakeholders for this position will include the Group Head of C&B, CHRO, COO, and the Group CTO. This is a new specialisation with a high level of expectation, but also investment to build a best practice function.

The Individual

You will be an HRIS specialist with particular exposure to Human Capital analytics. It is likely you would have spent time in HR Shared Services, HR Operations or have worked in a data and technology focused area of HR. Ideally, you will have developed a function from scratch, and enabled a better standard of reporting for HR Analytics, plus, importantly taking the function to a stage of diagnosis and future planning.
