The Company

Globally renowned North American beauty products business with a growth model focus for the Japan market. Products range from a multitude of personal health and beauty care products involving multiple sales channels. Currently a strong Asian and global presence with over 20,000 employees worldwide.

The Role

This role requires a mature and seasoned HR professional to lead the entire HR function in Japan to support the business, office and culture transformation and integration across all business units. You will be required to bring several businesses together and help define and drive the business culture via effective people strategies. You will manage a team of three HR professionals.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience either working outside of Japan, or reporting outside of Japan with a keen sense of Western business culture. A strong HR professional seasoned in all HR functions, while at the same time leading Change Management. Experience in FMCG or Retail for a growing company will be a huge plus.
