Our client is a globally-recognised MNC in the industrial sector and we are pleased to be helping them find a new Regional Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Lead. They have a strong manufacturing presence worldwide and are looking to strengthen Thailand as a key strategic location in its expansion plans, building up their Centre of Excellence team here.
Based in Bangkok, you will report to the Regional Talent COE Head. You will spend the bulk of your time on the end-to-end Talent Management activities and will also be responsible for the regional strategic hiring which includes embarking on the graduate programme in building a strong talent pipeline for succession. Diversity and Inclusion will also be embedded in your role. In helping to determine the talent direction and key objectives, you would be supporting the business growth and strategies.
It is critical for you to have in-depth experiences of Talent Management tools as well as a broad Talent Acquisition knowledge, with a solid track record in both designing and implementing of best practices across multiple markets, to be successful in this role. You will also need to demonstrate strong change management and influencing skills, coupled with having strong business acumen to manage multiple stakeholders.
