Our client is one of the major players in the insurance sector. Spread across numerous countries in Asia, the business continues to have aggressive plans for growth. The business is looking for an Asia Pacific HR Analytics Lead to head up their regional HR Analytics function.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC HR Head, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the overall HR analytics function in the region. Partnering closely with senior leadership and technology, you will support the development of HR measurement frameworks and scorecards, linked to people and business strategy. It will be essential to link HR trends across big data, business intelligence, insights and analytics around talent, engagement and leadership.

Ideally, you should be a forward-thinking HR Analytics expert who is looking for your next challenge in a progressive, transformative organisation. You should have relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of business and how best to leverage data, analytics, reporting and insights. An international mindset and strong relationship building abilities will be critical for success.
