Our client is a global FMCG organisation going through widespread transformation. They are changing the very DNA of the business though innovation and product diversification and as such creating a new organisational structure and a progressive culture.
In order to drive this business transformation, a newly created Talent and OD function is being built out to ensure change can be managed effectively. The OE Director role will be responsible for driving the change towards a new organisational design and creating the blueprint for success. This will involve delivering leadership interventions, cultural change and mapping the path forward from both a process and structural perspective. The role will ideally be based near Geneva and report into the Group Head of OE & Talent.
This individual must have a deep background in change and OE, ideally having worked in a consulting firm at some point in their early career before transitioning into a large blue chip multinational. They should understand how to drive change in a complex matrix. We are looking for subject matter expertise and therefore more generalist profiles won’t be considered at this point. Cultural awareness is imperative and ideally this individual will have more than one European language and experience in more than one geography. They need to be consultative, confident and with high touch influencing skills.
