The Company

The business has grown progressively over recent years, resulting in an appetite to further position itself in what is a very competitive industry. The ultimate aim is to give consumers the easiest and most simple way of accessing a complex global service in terms of delivery and transportation of goods. The company needs a strong HR leader to help drive their business forward across Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar (VCM).

The Role

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work closely with the VCM Managing Director and the South Asia HR Director to help standardise processes, embed better practice and support the VCM leadership team as growth continues in this area. This includes alignment, creating the right environment/tools, coaching and building performance management skills. Key statements driving this role are hands on, strategic, innovative, breaking boundaries, self-starter, developer.  

The Individual

You will be a proven HR Generalist who have worked in well-regarded MNCs and be exposed to the best HR practices in the respective industries. Being business-savvy and commercially driven, you will be a strategic HR leader with strong communication and influencing skills. Ideally, you should be internationally minded and have covered beyond the Vietnam market in your portfolio.
