Having grown significantly and with a positive shift in their HR systems and data strategy, we are leading the search to identify an outstanding new Global Head of HRIS & Analytics. The position will be based in Switzerland.

The Role

This is a newly structured, highly-visible leadership role which will require responsibility for driving best practice and expertise across all 100 countries around HRIS and a robust analytics framework and strategy. You will be required to lead on-going change management and ensure the recent implementation is now optimised across the business and in all relevant functions. Ensuring best practice people analytics and reporting will be high on the agenda.  

The Individual

We are looking for an HRIS specialist and thought leader who has a track record of success, ideally on a global scale. A deep knowledge around data, people analytics and how this links to technology and business will be critical for success. Strong change and project management skills, alongside the ability to work in complex environments and influence virtually will be essential.
