Based in Shenzhen, this role will oversee and develop internal communication strategies and build up a great communication environment across the country. You and your team will be responsible for translating the company strategy into communication strategies and lead the implementations. Other key focus areas include effective employee engagement and building a strong employer value proposition for the organisation.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in internal communications. You should have a thorough understanding of communications planning and in-depth knowledge of the range and variety of communications channels, platforms and processes to ensure the right communication reaches the target audience at the right time. Outstanding influencing and communication skills are important in this role. You also need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
